This is the first of our choreographic residencies in our new international exchange program between Temperance Hall and Chocolate Factory Theatre (New York). Temperance Hall and Chocolate Factory Theatre both have a similar vision, taking an interdisciplinary approach to dance, performance and art making and providing exemplary opportunities for experimental artists at varying stages of their careers.
This collaboration will seed interrogation of the historic 9-part French Dance Suite. Titled Prelude, this work will premiere in 2019 as part of Phillip Adams Ballet Lab's 20th Anniversary at Temperance Hall and in 2020, at American Realness at Chocolate Factory Theatre.
