Right now, Temperance Hall are eager to provide support for our arts communities in whatever way we can. We particularly wish to extend our support to independent artists who are considering applying to the Adapt and Create streams of the Australia Council’s Resilience Fund (details below).
If you would like to discuss mechanisms of support, or simply talk through your creative proposal and ideas more casually, please drop us a line: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Australia Council have announced the allocation of $5M to a new Resilience Fund to provide emergency relief to support the livelihoods, practice and operations of Australian artists, groups and organisations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Individual artists, groups and organisations can apply within three different streams for these purposes:
- Survive – to offset or recoup money lost due to cancelled activity
- Adapt – to adapt your arts practice and explore new ways of working
- Create – to continue to create artistic work and/or develop creative responses in this time of disruption
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
